本文叙述了微量碱土金属元素Ba、Ca、Mg掺入钼中后,不同压下量、退火温度和退火时间对晶粒长大行为的影响。试验表明:当压下量超过80%以后,平均粒径急剧增大;随着退火温度的升高,平均粒径增大,但远较纯钼小,而退火温度超过2050℃时,平均粒径开始急剧增大,纯钼则趋于缓和;增加退火的保温时间,平均粒径没有明显的增大。
This paper describes the effect of different reduction amounts, annealing temperature and annealing time on the grain growth behavior after the trace alkaline earth elements Ba, Ca and Mg are doped into molybdenum. The results show that the average particle diameter increases sharply when the reduction is over 80%, and the average particle size increases with the increase of annealing temperature, but it is much smaller than that of pure molybdenum. When the annealing temperature exceeds 2050 ℃, the average particle size Diameter began to increase sharply, pure molybdenum tends to ease; increase annealing holding time, the average particle size did not significantly increase.
