In order to carry out the temper education among the pupils, a class of the eighth grade and the fourth grade of Laohekou organized a “new Long March” zip-and-tearing activity. Afterwards, some teachers and parents from Laoshan Teachers College organized a forum. During the forum we felt that the “overprotection” mode of recuperation dominates the majority of families and affects the cultivation of “aggressive” talents. There are two big contrasts in the preparatory stage of the zipper: one is the contradiction between organizer and parents’ sense of distress; the other is the contrast between emotional reaction of children and parents. After the teacher announced the activities, the students cheered; the parents heard after the vast
