随着国家各种建筑工程法律、地方法规的出台,建设行政主管部门的监管及工程监理制的推行,工程建设质量有了明显提高,但与之不相适应的是,施工过程的安全管理工作却未能与建筑工程的质量管理工作同步提高,恶性安全事故频发。本文从目前安全事故多发的模板承重架、外脚手架、施工机械及施工临时用电等方面,对施工现场安全监理工作的内容、要求提出一些经验和看法,以期与监理同行互相交流,共同提高监理水平。 With the introduction of various national construction engineering laws and local regulations, the supervision of the construction administrative department and the implementation of the project supervision system, the quality of the project construction has been significantly improved, but incompatible with this is the safety management of the construction process. However, it has not been able to improve the quality management work of construction projects at the same time. Vicious security accidents have occurred frequently. This paper presents some experiences and opinions on the contents and requirements of safety supervision work on the construction site from the aspects of the template load-bearing frame, external scaffolding, construction machinery, and temporary use of electricity for construction, etc., in order to communicate with supervisors and improve supervision together.
