民事案件审理周期是民事司法制度中的重要环节。由于基层法院各方面条件的制约,法官对民事案件审理周期的重视不够,不仅导致诉讼成本增加,也造成司法公信力的降低。近年来,针对这一情况,利辛法院采取了一系列旨在提高司法效率和审理办案周期的举措并已取得一定的效果,但仍有亟待改进之处。 The civil case hearing cycle is an important part of the civil justice system. Due to the restriction of various conditions of grass-roots courts, judges pay insufficient attention to the trial cycle of civil cases, which not only leads to the increase of litigation costs, but also reduces the credibility of the judiciary.
