“别现代”是新近出现的关于社会形态和历史发展阶段的新理论,并在学术界产生了影响。别现代是对现代、后现代、前现代交集纠结的社会现状的概括。别现代的时代特征从经济基础到上层建筑,再到意识形态,无所不有、无所不包。而近年来流行的许多貌似后现代文化、后现代艺术和后现代审美的现象,如囧文化、囧艺术以及穿越剧、装置艺术等,其实质都并非西方的后现代,而是中国的别现代。正是基于以上认识,我们觉得有必要对当代中国文化、艺术和审美进行一次考察,从而为中国文化、艺术和审美的现状找到准确的定位和明确的发展目标。
“Modernism” is a newly emerging new theory about the stages of social formation and historical development that have had an impact in academia. Instead of modernity, it is a generalization of the current social situation in which modernity, post-modernism and pre-modernism have become entangled. In recent years, many seemingly-postmodern culture, postmodern art and post-modern aesthetic phenomena such as embarrassing culture, embarrassing art, and traversing drama and installation art are not the essence of Western post-modernism but of modern China . It is based on the above understanding that we think it is necessary to conduct an inspection on the contemporary Chinese culture, art and aesthetics so as to find an accurate orientation and a definite development goal for the status quo of Chinese culture, art and aesthetics.
