目前,对消防部队训练管理工作的评价仍然采用以体能和技能考核成绩为主要评价标准的评价模式,这种评价模式容易导致训为看,训为考,训为赛,不能全面客观的评价训练管理水平。新时期下为了使训练管理工作真正的服务于灭火救援,做到训战一致,有必要建立一个综合评价体系。为此,本文应用层次分析法提出了一种训练管理综合评价体系的新设想。

Therefore, this paper presents a new concept of training management comprehensive evaluation system using AHP.
