茅盾文学奖,历来被人们看作是中国最高的文学奖项之一,因为最高,人们对它的热情、信赖和企盼也最多,不敢奢望它像诺奖一样一夜之间为世界知晓,受世人关注,但至少也企望它能像其他民族的塞万提斯奖、但丁奖、龚古尔奖等奖项一样能代表本民族最高成就并得到大家普遍认可。然而,近年来,对茅盾文学奖的争议在增多,企盼在减少,有人质疑评奖过程的公正,有人对于“宁滥毋缺”之苗头感到失望,亦有人说“遗珠之憾”不能容忍。不管哪种议论,哪种表态,都是一种关注、一种投入。正视各种议论、保护各方热情,也许是茅盾文学奖维护自身价值,重获信赖不可忽视的一步,为此,我们特邀了八位批评家从不同角度对(本次)茅盾文学奖做了解读,他们观点不一,但他们有着共同的期待,期待茅盾文学奖离世界更近、期待茅盾文学奖能得到更多的人理解的拳拳心、殷殷情毫无二致。

To face up to all kinds of arguments and protect the enthusiasm of all parties may be a step that Mao Dun Literature Prize can not neglect to safeguard its own value and regain its trust. To this end, we invited eight critics to make (from this point of view) Mao Dun Literature Prize They all have different opinions. However, they all have common expectations. Looking forward to the Maodun Literature Prize being closer to the world, it is no different that the Maodun Literature Prize can be understood by more people.
