近二十多年来,我国企业的管理 一直在补西方发达国家企业管理一 百年的课,取得了瞩目的成就。我们 欣喜地看到,我国本土企业与西方发 达国家企业管理的差距在不断缩小。 另一方面,在欣喜之余我们也必 须清醒地认识到,我国本土企业与西 方企业管理的差距不仅仅体现在管 理理念、管理方法上,这些是相对容 易学习和赶超的。根本的差距是制度 性的差距,这是根本,这是深层次的 差距。 对于本土企业来说,无论是国有 企业,还是民营企业,不懈地推进制 度创新是企业发展的根本。制度创新 的内涵很丰富,但概括起来就是真正 地建立现代企业制度。现代企业制度 是现代企业产权制度、现代企业组织
In the past 20 years or so, the management of Chinese enterprises has been supplementing the management of enterprises in Western developed countries for a hundred years and has achieved remarkable achievements. We are delighted to see that the gap between the management of Chinese domestic companies and that of western developed countries is continuously narrowing. On the other hand, besides rejoicing, we must also clearly realize that the gap between the management of local Chinese companies and Western companies is not only reflected in management philosophy and management methods, but these are relatively easy to learn and catch up. The fundamental difference is the institutional gap. This is fundamental. This is a deep gap.
