喷灌喷头和封闭式水电机组工作的动能都来自管道压力水;自压喷灌系统和水电站的取水方式也基本相同。因此,在自压喷灌系统干管末端安装水轮发电机组即可发电。由于喷灌、发电共用一套坝、渠、池、干管等水工设施和管理人员,工程造价和运行费用较低,可避免非喷灌期设备闲置和水资源的浪费,技术经济效益十分明显。1981年这种型式的喷灌工程已在我区房县等地建成。
