目的探讨急性有机氟气体中毒患者康复期呼吸功能训练效果与肺功能指标的变化。方法对10例急性重度有机氟中毒患者进行常规肺功能检查,针对肺功能减损状况,指导患者进行呼吸功能训练,跟踪了解肺功能变化。结果 10例患者通过积极治疗并辅以呼吸功能训练,肺功能逐渐恢复,接触有机氟气体3个月后检测肺功能有5例患者从混合性障碍过渡到阻塞性障碍伴一氧化碳弥散量(DLco)的下降,6个月后检测肺功能时仅有2例患者存在轻度混合性障碍,1例患者轻度阻塞性障碍。10例患者DLco的恢复相对较慢。结论早期开展且坚持呼吸功能训练对促进急性有机氟中毒患者肺功能恢复有一定意义,有临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate the effect of respiratory function training and pulmonary function indexes in rehabilitation of patients with acute organophosphate poisoning. Methods Totally 10 patients with acute severe organofluorosis had routine pulmonary function tests. The patients were instructed to conduct respiratory function training according to the impairment of lung function. The changes of pulmonary function were tracked. Results Ten patients were actively treated with respiratory function training, and lung function was gradually restored. Five months after exposure to organofluoroethane, pulmonary function tests were performed from mixed disorder to obstructive disorder with diffusible carbon monoxide (DLco) , Only 2 patients had mild mixed disorder at 6 months after testing lung function and 1 patient had mild obstructive disturbance. DLco recovery was relatively slow in 10 patients. Conclusion Carrying out respiratory training early and promoting pulmonary function recovery in patients with acute organic fluorosis has some significance and clinical value.
