本文针对在氢气过量较少的条件下,提出糠醛在铜系催化剂上气相加氢制糠醇的反应动力学模型:r=kC_AC_B。模型用于加氢单管反应器模拟计算,计算值与实测相当吻合。
In this paper, the reaction kinetics model of furfural on furfural alcohol over gas phase hydrogenation of copper-based catalyst is proposed under the condition of too little hydrogen excess: r = kC_AC_B. The model is used to simulate the hydrogenation single tube reactor. The calculated value is in good agreement with the measured data.
