目的对腹腔镜人工刷洗加超声清洗与全自动机械清洗的方法进行分析,对比其清洗效果。方法 2014年3月20日-25日,对100套待清洗的腹腔镜随机分为A、B组,每组各50套。A组采用全自动机械清洗方法,B组采用人工刷洗加超声清洗方法。在包装消毒前肉眼检查每套各部位有无血迹或污迹,无为合格,有为不合格,分别计算两组的合格率。结果 B组50例清洗效果全合格,合格率为100.0%;A组中5套腹腔镜器械的细小管腔内发现有血迹,清洗合格率为90.0%。A组清洗时间为86 min,B组清洗时间为66 min。结论在对腹腔镜器械进行清洗时,采用人工刷洗加超声清洗效果更加理想,可大大提高腹腔镜器械的后期消毒灭菌效果,在避免发生交叉感染的同时,使腹腔镜器械的使用寿命更长。
Objective To analyze the method of laparoscopic artificial scrubbing plus ultrasonic cleaning and automatic mechanical cleaning to compare its cleaning effect. Methods From March 20 to March 25, 2014, 100 sets of laparoscopes to be cleaned were randomly divided into group A and group B, each containing 50 sets. A group using fully automatic mechanical cleaning method, B group using manual brushing and ultrasonic cleaning method. Prior to packing disinfection of the naked eye each set of parts to check whether there is blood or stains, no pass, there are unqualified, were calculated two groups pass rate. Results The results of 50 cases in group B were all qualified with a pass rate of 100.0%. In group A, 5 sets of laparoscopic instruments were found to have blood stains in the small lumens. The pass rate of cleaning was 90.0%. Group A cleaning time was 86 min, Group B cleaning time was 66 min. Conclusion In the laparoscopic instruments for cleaning, the use of artificial brushing and ultrasonic cleaning effect is more ideal, which can greatly enhance the laparoscopic sterilization and sterilization of equipment, to prevent the occurrence of cross-infection, laparoscopic instruments to make life longer .
