本文叙述了用低卡燃料实现钢丝无氧化加热的原理、结构和特点,从理论上阐明了双层燃烧、分层燃烧的可能性;在实践中解决了炉型结构、燃烧装置、煤气净化装置以及预热设备等主要部件,从而保证了钢丝在高温下不氧化的气氛条件,致使氧化率降到0.3%以下,基本上实现了钢丝的无氧化加热。本文应用试生产时获得的数据,对试验结果进行了对比分析,从而显示了敞焰无氧化加热的优越性。
This paper describes the principle, structure and characteristics of steel without oxygen oxidation heating with low calorific fuel, expounds the possibility of double-layer combustion and stratified combustion theoretically, and solves the problems of furnace structure, combustion device, gas purification device And preheating equipment and other major components, thus ensuring the wire under high temperature non-oxidizing atmosphere conditions, resulting in the oxidation rate down to 0.3% or less, basically realized the wire without oxidation heating.
