采用高效液相色谱法,以甲醇+乙腈+水(体积比为56∶24∶20)为流动相,使用C18柱和紫外检测器,在230 nm波长下,对试样中的乙嘧酚磺酸酯和腈菌唑同时进行分离和定量分析。结果表明,乙嘧酚磺酸酯和腈菌唑的线性相关系数分别为0.9998和0.9997;标准偏差分别为0.09和0.04;变异系数分别为0.43%和0.48%;平均回收率分别为99.94%和99.65%。
High performance liquid chromatography with methanol + acetonitrile + water (56:24:20 by volume) as the mobile phase, using a C18 column and UV detector at 230 nm wavelength of the sample of valproisid Acid esters and myclobutanil were isolated and quantified simultaneously. The results showed that the linear correlation coefficients of meprin sulfonate and myclobutanil were 0.9998 and 0.9997 respectively; the standard deviations were 0.09 and 0.04 respectively; the coefficients of variation were 0.43% and 0.48% respectively; the average recoveries were 99.94% and 99.65% %.
