本文通过调查企业对高职院校市场营销专业校企合作的现状,分析目前高职院校市场营销专业毕业生的不足之处,并根据企业对市场营销专业人才需求情况的调查结果,对高职院校如何有效的培养企业所需人才提出了市场营销专业人才培养的建议。
