“中国书法走向世界”是当代书法界的“中国梦”。但靠“迎合”西方世界是不可能实现梦想的。从唐朝中国文化走向了世界和近现代西方文化走向中国的实例来看,文化输出需要有一个国力强盛、文化先进的国家背景作为前提。因此,只有当本世纪中华民族伟大复兴的“中国梦”实现之日,方才是“中国书法走向世界”的梦想实现之时。目前,书法界首要关注的重点,是如何让书法在中国下一代传承下去的问题。此事若解决不好,走向世界等于空谈。
“Chinese calligraphy to the world ” is “Chinese dream ” of contemporary calligraphy circles. But it is impossible to realize our dream by “cater to” the western world. From the Tang Dynasty Chinese culture to the world and modern Western culture to China’s point of view, the output of culture needs a strong national strength and advanced culture as a prerequisite. Therefore, only when the realization of the “Chinese Dream” of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation in this century is the realization of the dream of “Chinese calligraphy going global”. At present, the primary concern of the calligraphy community is how to carry on the calligraphy heritage in China for the next generation. If the problem is not solved well, the world is equal to empty talk.
