为了解决低透气性煤层瓦斯抽采困难的问题,分析了地应力和瓦斯压力对煤层透气性的影响,研究了旋转切片式穿层割缝技术对煤层的卸压增透机理,提出了采用旋转切片式穿层割缝技术掩护巷道掘进的方案。现场工业应用表明,旋转切片式穿层割缝技术可增加煤体暴露面积,有效提高煤层透气性,30 d内瓦斯抽采量是原来的2~3倍,降低煤层瓦斯含量,有效防治了煤与瓦斯突出,使巷道掘进速度增加60%左右,一定程度上缓解矿井采掘接替紧张的局面。
In order to solve the problem of difficult gas drainage in low permeability coal seam, the influence of ground stress and gas pressure on permeability of coal seam is analyzed. The mechanism of pressure relief and pressure increase of coal seam through rotary slice cutting technology is studied. Slicing through layer seam technology to cover tunneling scheme. The field industrial application shows that the rotary slicing type through-seam cutting technology can increase the exposed area of coal and effectively improve the permeability of the coal seam.
