目的研究杉木[Cunninghamia lanceolata(Lamb.)Hook]的萜类化学成分。方法通过乙醇提取,乙酸乙酯萃取,再结合各种柱色谱方法对乙酸乙酯部位进行了系统的分离,并根据理化性质和光谱数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果分离并鉴定了9个萜类化合物的结构,8(17),12E,14-labdatrien-18-al(1)、4S,5R,9S,10R-8(17),12,14-labdantrien-18-ol acetate(2)、4 S,5 R,9 S,10 R-8(17),12,14-labdantrien-18-ol(3)、4 S,5 R,9 S,10 R-8(17),12,14-labdantrien-18-oic acid(4)、3β-hydroxy-8(17),13 E-labdandien-15-oic acid(5)、hinokiol(6)、8,15-pimaradien-18-oic acid(7)、15-nor-14-oxo-8(17),12-labdandien-18-oic acid(8)和15-nor-14-oxo-8(17),12-labdan-dien-18-ol(9)。结论化合物1、2、5~7和9为首次报道从该植物中分离得到。
Aim To study the terpenoid constituents of Cunninghamia lanceolata (Lamb.) Hook. Methods The ethyl acetate fraction was separated by ethanol extraction and ethyl acetate extraction combined with various column chromatographic methods. The structure of the compound was identified by physicochemical properties and spectral data. Results The structures of nine terpenoids were isolated and identified. The structures of the eight terpenoids were isolated and identified as 8 (17), 12E, 14-labdatrien-18-al (1), 4S, 5R, 9S, 18-ol acetate (2), 4S, 5R, 9S, 10R-8 (17), 12,14-labdantrien-18-ol (3), 4S, 5R, 9S, 8 (17), 12,14-labdantrien-18-oic acid (4), 3β-hydroxy-8 (17), 13 E- labdandien-15-oic acid (5), hinokiol (6) (17), 12-labdien-18-oic acid (8) and 15-nor-14-oxo-8 labdan-dien-18-ol (9). Conclusion Compounds 1, 2, 5 ~ 7 and 9 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
