现金折扣是生产或流通企业对在规定的期限内提前付款的顾客所给予的低于发票价格的优待,是鼓励顾客尽早付款的一种手段.在过去产品经济条件下,我国企业销售产品的价格是由国家统一规定且长期不变的.因此,无论是商品的生产企业,还是商品的流通企业,在其经营中是不存在现金折扣问题的.
