目的:确定利用锥形束容积体层成像技术(cone-beam computed tomography,CBCT)重建影像转化得到的侧位片进行头影测量与传统数字化侧位片头影测量数据是否具有一致性。方法:将65例患者的CBCT重建影像在Dolphin软件中转化得到的侧位片,和传统数字化侧位片在同一时间进行头影测量,将测量结果进行配对比较。用配对t检验和拟合优度检验分析测量结果。结果:线距除上面高与全面高之比、下面高与全面高之比,角度除L1-AP、IMPA、U1-SN、SNA外,其余测量结果两者间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两者拟合优度检验显示,线距中7项拟合程度较高,3项拟合程度中等;角度中10项拟合程度较高,3项拟合程度中等,2项拟合程度较差;可以认为,除NP-FH、SGn-FH外均有较好的拟合程度,即两种测量结果均存在相关性。结论:CBCT转化的侧位片和传统数字化侧位片在大部分头影测量项目上具有相关性,如果需要用转化侧位片进行临床诊断,还需要重新定义参考值。
OBJECTIVE: To determine whether there is consistency between cephalometric measurements and conventional digital cephalometric measurements using cone-beam computed tomography (CBCT) reconstruction of the lateral radiographs. Methods: The CBCT reconstructed images of 65 patients were converted into the lateral radiographs in the Dolphin software, and the cephalometric images were compared with the traditional digital radiographs at the same time. The measured results were compared with each other. Paired t test and goodness of fit test results were analyzed. Results: There were significant differences between the two measurements except L1-AP, IMPA, U1-SN and SNA except for the ratio of height to total height, <0.05). The goodness of fit test between the two showed that the fitting degree of 7 items in line pitch was higher and the fitting degree of 3 items was medium; the fitting degree of 10 items in angle was higher, the fitting degree of 3 items was medium, the fitting degree of 2 items was more Poor; can be considered, except NP-FH, SGn-FH have a good fit outside the range, that is, there is correlation between the two measurements. CONCLUSIONS: CBCT-converted lateral radiographs and conventional digital lateral radiographs are relevant for most cephalometric items and need to be redefined for clinical diagnosis if translational lateral radiographs are required.
