人力资源管理工作是企业管理的核心。目前,很多企业在管理和运营中,由于人力资源管理观念落后、招聘管理缺陷、绩效管理体制缺陷、薪酬分配不合理等各种原因,人才流失现象较为严重,制约了企业的发展,使企业一步步走向危机。文章通过分析当前我国企业人力资源流失状况,发现企业人力资源流失呈现国有企业流向非国有企业、内地企业流向沿海新型企业、人力资源显性流失与隐性流失并存等特点。
