钛合金是一种新金属材料,它比重轻、强度高、抗酸碱腐蚀性好,已被广泛地应用到宇航、航空等尖端国防军工上,也逐步应用在化工、电子、医疗器械等工业中。但是钛合金在热处理或热加工过程中,例如在退火、固溶处理时,极易产生氧化和其它污染(如被硫、氢、氮等介质污染),从而在其表面形成一层污染层。表1中列出了t_c1、T_A7钛合金加热后单面污染层深度(未计入脱离的氧化皮尺寸)。
Titanium alloy is a kind of new metal material. It is light weight, high strength and good resistance to acid and alkali corrosion. It has been widely applied to advanced defense industries such as aerospace and aviation. It is also gradually applied to industries such as chemical industry, electronics and medical equipment in. However, titanium alloys are highly susceptible to oxidation and other contaminants (such as sulfur, hydrogen, nitrogen and other media) during heat treatment or thermal processing, such as annealing and solution treatment, to form a layer of contaminants on their surfaces. Table 1 lists t_c1, T_A7 titanium alloy heated single-sided contamination depth (not included in the size of the descaled oxide).
