目的:比较冬虫夏草人工繁育品和野生冬虫夏草中5种重金属及有害元素(铅、镉、砷、汞、铜)的含量。方法:采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定冬虫夏草人工繁育品和野生冬虫夏草中5种重金属及有害元素(铅、镉、砷、汞、铜)的含量,并对得到的两组数据进行独立样本t检验。结果:冬虫夏草人工繁育品中铅(Pd)、砷(As)、铜(Cu)的含量低于野生冬虫夏草中的含量,且差异极显著;冬虫夏草人工繁育品中镉(Cd)的含量与野生冬虫夏草差异不显著。结论:冬虫夏草人工繁育品的铅(Pb)、镉(Cd)、砷(As)、汞(Hg)、铜(Cu)含量均符合国际标准,相对于野生冬虫夏草大多存在的砷超标现象,其安全性更容易控制。在冬虫夏草人工繁育品和野生冬虫夏草中,Hg均难以达到检测限。
Objective: To compare the content of five heavy metals and harmful elements (lead, cadmium, arsenic, mercury, copper) in Cordyceps sinensis artificial breeding products and wild Cordyceps sinensis. Methods: The contents of five heavy metals and harmful elements (lead, cadmium, arsenic, mercury and copper) in Cordyceps sinensis artificial breeding and wild Cordyceps sinensis were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) Independent sample t test. Results: The content of Pb, As and Cu in the artificial propagation products of Cordyceps sinensis was lower than that of the wild Cordyceps sinensis, and the difference was extremely significant. The contents of Cd in Artificial Cordyceps sinensis The difference was not significant. CONCLUSION: The contents of Pb, Cd, As, Hg and Cu in artificial propagation products of Cordyceps sinensis accord with the international standards. Compared with the phenomenon that most of the wild Cordyceps sinensis has excessive As, its safety Sex is easier to control. In Cordyceps sinensis artificial breeding products and wild Cordyceps sinensis, Hg are difficult to reach the detection limit.
