近年来,很多国家高度重视青少年人才培养,美国、俄国、德国、法国、英国、以色列等国家采取了各不相同的措施,均取得了非常显著的效果.而国内对这方面的了解还非常欠缺,很多人甚至盲目地以为我国的数学教育水平比国外高.为了直接和准确地了解这些国家的数学基础教育特别是中学数学人才培养的情况,中国数学会教育委员会组织了教育代表团(成员为首都师范大学李克正、李庆忠教授,北京师范大学王昆扬、张英伯教授,北师大第二附属中学金宝铮老师和实验中学姚玉平老师),在国际数学教育协会(ICME)协助下,于2012年5月19日至2012年6月9日访问了法国、英国和以色列,获得了各国中学数学教育方面重要的第一手资料.本文是对于英国的考察报告,由李克正执笔.对法国和以色列的考察报告将陆续刊登.
In recent years, many countries have attached great importance to the training of young people, and the United States, Russia, Germany, France, Britain, Israel and other countries took very different measures and achieved very remarkable results. However, there is still a lack of domestic understanding in this regard , Many people even blindly think that our mathematics education level is higher than abroad.In order to directly and accurately understand the math basic education in these countries, especially the secondary school mathematics talents training, the Chinese Mathematical Society Board of Education organized an educational delegation (members of Professor Li Kezheng and Professor Li Qingzhong from Capital Normal University, Professor Wang Kunyang and Professor Zhang Yingbo from Beijing Normal University, Professor Jin Baozheng from the Second Affiliated High School of Beijing Normal University and Teacher Yao Yuping from Experimental High School, with the help of International Association for Mathematical Education (ICME) Visited France, the United Kingdom and Israel on June 9, 2012, and obtained important first-hand information on math education in middle schools in various countries.
