目的:分析尿液中甲基苯丙胺对映异构体的特征,为前体化学品的管理、毒品案件的侦查提供技术支持。方法:选择35位吸食甲基苯丙胺的人尿液进行对映异构体分析,用(S)-(+)-a-甲氧基-a-(三氟甲基)苯基乙酰氯(MTPAC l)衍生化,衍生物采用全扫描形式进行GC-MS分析。结果:35个样品中纯S(+)-构型有31个(89%),其它4个样品含有R(-)-构型。结论:目前中国的甲基苯丙胺毒品主要以1R,2S(-)-麻黄素、1S,2S(+)-伪麻黄素为前体化学品进行合成,同时也出现了以1R,2R(-)伪麻黄素和1S,2R(+)-麻黄素为前体化学品进行合成的甲基苯丙胺毒品。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the characteristics of methamphetamine enantiomers in urine and provide technical support for the management of precursor chemicals and the investigation of drug cases. METHODS: Enantiomer analysis was performed on 35 urine samples of methamphetamine inhalers and was analyzed using (S) - (+) - a-methoxy-a- (trifluoromethyl) phenylacetyl chloride l) derivatization, derivatization using full scan GC-MS analysis. Results: There were 31 (89%) pure S (+) - configuration in 35 samples and R (-) - configuration in the other 4 samples. Conclusion: At present, the methamphetamine drugs in China are mainly synthesized with 1R, 2S (-) - ephedrine, 1S, 2S (+) - pseudoephedrine as precursor chemicals. Pseudoephedrine and 1S, 2R (+) - ephedrine as precursors for the synthesis of methamphetamine drugs.
