甘露醇为一种高渗脱水利尿剂,主要用于脑水肿、青光眼及预防急性肾功能衰竭。近年来,甘露醇的临床应用不断扩宽。 胃炎 20％甘露醇20～30毫升饭前1小时口服,0.5小时后服庆大霉素40毫克,一日3次,10天为1疗程。治疗27例,18例经治1疗程临床症状消失,9例经两疗程症状消失。 病毒性肝炎 给100例甲型肝炎患者口服20％甘露醇20毫升,一日3次,10天为1疗程,3个疗程为限,治疗期间停用其他药物。症状、体征消失,肝功能恢复正常为治愈,总有效率为100％。其
