提出了一种优化复合原油破乳剂配方的方法。其过程是按正交试验法安排试验，将所得数据进行回归分析，建立数学模型，然后进行计算机模拟试验，从而找出任何给定条件下的最佳配方。原油脱水率为优化指标。方法用于两种特超稠油乳状液的破乳，计算机模拟试验的结果与试验室试验的结果基本一致．找出了一定条件下的最佳配万。
A method to optimize the formulation of compound crude oil demulsifier was proposed. The process is based on orthogonal test arrangement test, the data obtained regression analysis, the establishment of mathematical models, and then conducted computer simulation tests to find the best formula for any given conditions. Crude oil dehydration rate is an optimization indicator. The method was applied to the demulsification of two super-heavy heavy oil emulsions. The results of computer simulation tests were in good agreement with those of laboratory tests. Find the best match under certain conditions.
