目的:摸清某中药公司职业病危害因素状况,对存在职业危害因素的岗位或工种提出控制措施。方法:对中药公司生产岗位或工种存在的职业病危害因素进行现场调查和检测。结果:生产过程中产生或存在的职业病危害因素主要有噪声、粉尘等。制丸028室、制丸内包041室各岗位接触粉尘总尘浓度不符合国家职业卫生限值标准。其余所测岗位接触粉尘总尘浓度符合国家职业卫生限值标准。在该厂工作场所内13个工段,23个岗位或工种进行噪声检测,最大声强97.5dB(A),最小声强75.6dB(A),平均85.2 dB(A),其中7个岗位或工种不合格,合格率69.6%。不合格场所主要是制丸车间028室、040室、042室、片剂包衣间、片剂车间094室和液体车间31室等岗位。结论:某中药公司作业岗位或工种对粉尘和噪声危害因素的控制措施还不完善,部分岗位或工种职业危害因素检测结果不合格,应改善作业环境,加强个人防护,保护劳动者健康。
Objective: To find out the status of occupational hazards in a Chinese medicine company and to put forward control measures for the occupations or occupations where occupational hazards exist. Methods: On-site investigation and testing were conducted on the occupational hazards that existed in the production positions or types of Chinese medicine companies. Results: The main hazards of occupational diseases that occur or exist in the production process are noise, dust and so on. 028 room system pills, pills inside the package 041 room contact dust dust concentration does not meet the national occupational health limit standards. The remaining dust concentration in contact with dust measured in line with the national occupational health standards. The noise was detected in 13 work stations and 23 jobs or workplaces in the workplace of the plant. The maximum sound intensity was 97.5dB (A), the minimum sound intensity was 75.6dB (A) and the average was 85.2 dB (A). Seven of the seven positions or work types Unqualified, the passing rate of 69.6%. The unqualified places are mainly the pill workshop 028 room, 040 room, 042 room, the tablet coating room, the tablet workshop 094 room and the liquid workshop 31 room and so on. Conclusion: The control measures for the dust and noise hazards of job or work in a Chinese medicine company are not perfect. The test results of occupational hazards in some jobs or occupations are unqualified. The working environment should be improved and personal protection should be strengthened to protect the health of workers.
