明代云南医药学家兰茂(公元1397～1476年)编撰的《滇南本草》,除载述云南中草药4580味外,还收载了近六百首附方。这些附方记述了兰氏及其弟子、以及云南各族人民防治疾病的宝贵经验。发掘整理这些附方对于丰富中医方剂的内容,和提供防治疾病的经验以及研究云南医药史等,都具有重要的意义。
In addition to the 4580 tastes of Chinese herbal medicines in Yunnan, the “Southern Materia Medica” edited by the Yunnan medicine expert Lan Mao (AD 1397 - 1476) in the Ming Dynasty also contained nearly 600 attachments. These attachments describe the valuable experience of Lanshi and his disciples as well as the people of Yunnan’s ethnic groups in preventing and treating diseases. Examining these supplements is of great significance for enriching the content of Chinese medicine prescriptions, providing experience in disease prevention, and researching Yunnan’s medical history.
