随着我国市场经济的不断发展,我国煤矿企业的发展空间得到了较大的提升,同时面对日益复杂化的市场经济环境,煤矿企业也面临着越来越激烈的市场竞争压力,煤矿企业属于劳动密集型的行业,想要获得长期的发展,仅仅依靠高效、安全、环保的生产是远远不够的,还需要加强全面的管理,其中对人力资源的管理是必不可少的,必须在人力资源管理中引入先进的理念,现阶段人本管理理念作为一个新型的管理理念逐渐被很多煤矿企业所应用,但是在应用的过程中会遇到一些问题,这些问题影响到了煤矿企业生产经营的发展,因此加大对煤炭企业人本管理理念的研究是十分有必要的。本文从人本管理理念的基本理论出发,分析了煤矿企业人本管理理念存在的问题,并提出了几点提高煤矿企业人本管理理念的建议,目的在于提高煤矿企业人本管理水平,促进煤矿企业的全面发展。
