从世界造纸工业的特点看,纸浆和纸张是主要林产品之一;全世界的纸94％以上是用木材纤维抄造的。可见林业部门应大力发展造纸工业。本文就我国林业部门应怎样发展造纸工业,包括强化领导班子、充实专业人员、多渠道组织资金、营造速生丰产林以及建厂规模、纸厂布局、综合经营等方面进行了具体阐述。
From the characteristics of the world paper industry, pulp and paper are one of the major forest products; more than 94% of the world’s paper is made from wood fiber. Can be seen in the forestry sector should vigorously develop the paper industry. This paper elaborates on how to develop the paper industry in our country’s forestry department, including strengthening the leadership, enriching professionals, organizing funds through multiple channels, building fast-growing and high-yielding forests, and the scale of construction, paper mill layout and integrated management.
