肝癌破裂出血并不少见,国内报道占肝癌患者的11.2～19.1％。我院自1966至1979年共收治原发性肝癌169例,其中肝癌破裂出血8例,占4.7％。临床资料男性6例,女性2例。年龄自37～72岁,而40～49岁者5例。癌结节入院前破裂者5例,在住院过程中破裂3例。全部均有突发腹痛,以右上腹为主,偶见于左上腹、上腹部和右下腹。初局部剧 Rupture of liver cancer is not uncommon, with domestic reports accounting for 11.2 to 19.1% of patients with liver cancer.
