闭店撤离,是企业商业连锁经营中,必然经历的一个阶段。企业无论最初是多么的雄心勃勃,都会遇到黯然低调撤场的尴尬局势,这是连锁经营的一个规律性怪圈,没有任何一家企业可以跳出这个怪圈。因为,任何连锁扩张的企业,都会不同程度遇到因市场波动和变化,近而带来企业内部连锁管控的风险。从短期减少企业既有亏损看,关店撤场是最好的解决方式。请注意,仅仅是短期有效措施。倘若企业将这种悄然离场的市场行为放大,结局往往是倒闭、消失。原因是闭店撤场仅是企业在经营过程中,暂时的断臂求生伎俩,并不能够让企业内部所暴露的相关问题,因一时财务数据的扭亏为盈而发生本质性好转。
