目的:减少新生儿疾病筛查中不合格血片的发生率,提高筛查质量。方法:对2007—2009年度青田县不合格血片的数量及不合格血片产生原因进行统计分析。结果:2007年至2009年收集的不合格血片共231例,不合格率2.8%,在不合格血片中由于采集技术原因引起的214例,占不合格血片总数的92.6%,其他原因引起的占7.4%。在全县6家医疗机构中,甲医院由于血片采集技术原因引起不合格血片数量与其余5家医疗机构比较有显著差异。结论:加强新生儿疾病筛查队伍建设、增强医疗机构筛查质控能力、完善采血制度和加强质量管理,是提高血片质量的关键。
Objective: To reduce the incidence of unqualified blood films in neonatal screening and improve the screening quality. Methods: The number of unqualified blood films in Qingtian County during 2007-2009 and the causes of unqualified blood films were analyzed statistically. Results: A total of 231 unqualified blood samples were collected from 2007 to 2009, with a failure rate of 2.8%. Among the unqualified blood samples, 214 were due to acquisition techniques, accounting for 92.6% of the total number of unqualified blood films. Other reasons Caused by 7.4%.
