目的讨论团体咨询对大学生自我意识和人际关系的改善效果,为大学生心理干预方法的研究提供有益的思路和方法。方法使用Meta分析,纳入的研究中必须包括SES、PEI、SAD、IAS问卷的前测、后测数据。结果团体咨询后大学生自尊和自我评价分数显著提高,团体咨询后大学生的社交回避、社交苦恼以及交往焦虑分数显著降低。结论团体咨询可以有效改善大学生的自我意识和人际关系。
Objective To discuss the effect of group counseling on college students ’self-awareness and interpersonal relationship, and to provide useful ideas and methods for the study of college students’ psychological intervention methods. METHODS Meta-analysis was used to include pretest and posttest data from the SES, PEI, SAD, and IAS questionnaires. Results After college counseling, college students ’self-esteem and self-evaluation scores increased significantly, and college students’ social avoidance, social distress and anxiety scores decreased significantly after counseling. Conclusion Group counseling can effectively improve college students’ self-awareness and interpersonal relationships.
