目的:对凤尾蕨属6种药用植物不同部位抗肿瘤作用进行筛选。方法:以人鼻咽癌细胞CNE-2Z为筛选模型,采用MTT法对凤尾蕨属6种药用植物不同溶剂萃取部位进行体外抗肿瘤活性测试。结果:半边旗的乙酸乙酯萃取物、正丁醇萃取物,刺齿半边旗的石油醚萃取物、乙酸乙酯萃取物、正丁醇萃取物,剑叶凤尾蕨的乙酸乙酯萃取物,线羽凤尾蕨的正丁醇萃取物对人鼻咽癌细胞CNE-2Z增殖有明显的抑制作用。结论:上述凤尾蕨属4种药用植物的萃取物具有较好的体外抗肿瘤活性,是其抗肿瘤作用的有效部位。
Objective: To screen the antitumor effects of different parts of six medicinal plants of Pteridium spp. METHODS: Human nasopharyngeal carcinoma cell line CNE-2Z was used as a screening model. The antitumor activity of the extracts from six different medicinal plants in vitro was tested by MTT assay. Results: Epidaphylla extracts of ethyl acetate, n-butanol extracts, petroleum ether extracts of pennata, ethyl acetate extracts, n-butanol extracts, ethyl acetate extract The n-butanol extracts of Pteridophyta spp. Had a significant inhibitory effect on the proliferation of human nasopharyngeal carcinoma cells CNE-2Z. Conclusion: The extracts from four medicinal plants of Pteridium spp. Have good antitumor activity in vitro and are effective sites for antitumor activity.
