职业病诊断是收集并综合分析劳动者职业病危害接触史、劳动者职业健康资料等各项证据材料,最终对劳动者健康损害与工作场所职业病危害因素之间的因果关系作出判定的过程[1]。2013年4月10日,《职业病诊断与鉴定管理办法》(卫生部令第91号)开始实施。现通过一起职业性肿瘤诊断与鉴定案例的总结分析,与同行交流学习,以便更好地执行和完善职业病诊断与鉴定制度,做好职业病诊断与鉴定工作,切实保护职业病患者和企业的利益。
The diagnosis of occupational diseases is the process of collecting and comprehensively analyzing the history of exposure to occupational hazards and the occupational health information of laborers, and ultimately determining the causal relationship between laborer health damage and workplace occupational hazards [1]. April 10, 2013, “Occupational Disease Diagnosis and Identification Management Measures” (Ministry of Health Decree No. 91) came into effect. Through the analysis and analysis of a case of occupational cancer diagnosis and identification, exchange and study with peers in order to better implement and improve the system of diagnosis and identification of occupational diseases, do a good job diagnosis and identification of occupational diseases, and earnestly protect the interests of patients with occupational diseases and enterprises.
