本文研究了具有 7 5nm孔隙的多孔二氧化硅玻璃的介电函数与孔隙度的关系 ,通过实验检验 ,选出了公式lnεe=θ1lnε1+θ2 lnε2 (其中θ1,θ2 分别为两组分的孔隙度 )能较好描述其介电性质 ,对光谱选择性材料的设计具有参考价值。
In this paper, the relationship between the dielectric function and porosity of porous silica glass with 75nm pores was studied. The experimental results show that the formula lnεe = θ1lnε1 + θ2lnε2 (where θ1 and θ2 are the porosity of the two components ) Can describe its dielectric properties well and has reference value for the design of spectrally selective materials.
