以南京市胸科医院为例,针对雷电的侵袭形式和途径,依据防雷工程理论分析了信息系统的雷击风险评估,明确了中心机房的雷电防护等级。通过设定防雷保护区,实现了机房内不同分级的防雷保护。在此基础上,进一步研究了以屏蔽、等电位联结、过电压保护器及防雷接地组成的内部综合防雷系统,强调了机房内外防雷措施的协调统一,构建了一套安全合理的医院中心机房雷电防护系统,将雷电能量限制在信息系统所容许的安全范围之内,确保医院信息系统的安全运行。
