(C) Education Section (1) Development Overview China began mapping education in 1904. The first school name is the Imperial Army Survey School. From the founding of the School of Surveying and Mapping to the founding of the People’s Republic of China in 1949, 45 years have led to one higher vocational school, one university measurement department and 17 secondary vocational schools. It seems that the schools are not too few to do, but they are actually formed solely by warlords. The operation of schools is nothing but the decoration of facades and the cultivation of private factional forces. Therefore, this saves one place and the province does the same. Most of these schools have only been in operation for about three years, except for a few that have run a long way. Under the decadent rule of feudal bureaucrats and warlords, the common features of these schools are their chaotic system of learning, poor funding, inadequate teachers and poor facilities. The number of personnel trained and the quality are generally not high, and there are only a few who have made academic and technical achievements. This is clearly disproportionate to the vast majority of our countries.
