以一种启动花键齿轮的冷挤压工艺为例,研究了其穿孔冷挤压的工艺过程;采用有限元软件对花键的成形过程进行了模拟仿真,分析了应力、应变场和流动趋势,并着重分析了预制坯料直径对花键成形的影响,得出当坯料直径dm=(0.2~0.5)(D-dm)时,能够成形出饱满的花键齿形。通过对花键成品的微观组织分析,该工艺制备的花键产品充型饱满,流线连续,晶粒度8级,达到了产品要求的各项技术要求。
Taking a cold extrusion process of spline gear as an example, the process of perforation cold extrusion was studied. The forming process of spline was simulated by finite element software, and the stress, strain field and flow tendency were analyzed The effect of preform diameter on spline forming is analyzed emphatically. It is concluded that full spline tooth profile can be formed when the blank diameter dm = (0.2-0.5) (D-dm). Through the microstructure analysis of the spline finished product, the spline product prepared by the process is full and full of flowing lines with a grain size of 8 grades, meeting the technical requirements of product requirements.
