一、前 言 DZ22合金是定向凝固镍基高温合金,具有较高的中、高温持久性能。但按照现行热处理制度(1205℃/2h,AC+870℃/32h,AC)处理后,合金的高温持久性能与铸态相比,提高的幅度不大,有时甚至与铸态相当。这说明热处理工艺没有充分发挥作用。近年来,国内外的定向凝固和单晶合金的研究者,一致提出采用尽可能高的固溶温度,并用试验数据证实其好处。本文对DZ22合金进行了固溶温度影响的试验,为改进现行热处理制度提供了必要的依据。
First, the preface DZ22 alloy is directional solidification of nickel-based superalloy, with high, high temperature durability. However, according to the current heat treatment system (1205 ° C / 2h, AC + 870 ° C / 32h, AC), the high temperature endurance of the alloy is not increased much compared with that of as-cast and sometimes even as-cast. This shows that the heat treatment process did not fully play its role. In recent years, researchers at home and abroad who directionally solidify and single-crystal alloys have consistently proposed using as high a solution temperature as possible and using experimental data to prove their benefits. In this paper, DZ22 alloy was tested on the effect of solution temperature, which provided the necessary basis for improving the current heat treatment system.
