研究了在硝酸铵(AN)系复合推进剂中添加高氯酸铵(AP)和铝时的燃烧特性.在AN系复合推进剂中添加AP时燃速增加,压力指数几乎不变.热分析结果显示,AN颗粒与AP颗粒分别独立分解.燃烧波的温度分布测量结果证明,由于添加AP,燃烧表面附近的气相温度梯度增大,从气相向燃烧表面的热流量增加.由于热流量的增加引起燃速增加.铝的燃烧效率随AP添加量的增加而增加,当AP添加量达40%(wt)时燃烧效率急增.
The combustion characteristics of ammonium nitrate (AN) composite propellant with addition of ammonium perchlorate (AP) and aluminum were investigated. When AP is added into AN compound propellant, the burning rate increases and the pressure index is almost unchanged. Thermal analysis results showed that AN particles and AP particles were decomposed independently. The measurement of the temperature distribution of the combustion wave proves that due to the addition of AP, the temperature gradient of the gas phase near the combustion surface increases, and the heat flux from the gas phase to the combustion surface increases. Burning rate increases due to increased heat flux. The combustion efficiency of aluminum increased with the addition of AP, and the combustion efficiency increased rapidly when the AP addition reached 40% (wt).
