本文通过分析民营企业“走出去”战略风险形成过程,对海外项目异质性与“走出去”战略风险关系进行探讨。研究发现,“走出去”战略风险水平差异较小的海外项目,其异质性差异明显,关键风险点不一致显著,这为防范民营企业“走出去”战略风险提供了出发点,从政府层面、中介机构和企业层面提出“走出去”战略风险防范路径。 By analyzing the formation process of the strategic risk of private enterprises “going global ”, this paper discusses the relationship between the heterogeneity of overseas projects and the strategic risk of “going global ”. The study found that overseas projects with little difference in strategic risk level of “going out” have obvious heterogeneity and significant inconsistency of key risk points, which provides the starting point for preventing the strategic risk of “going out” for private enterprises.
