基于点检的综采设备状态评价模型及系统实现

引入物联网技术,将设备点检与设备运行状态评价相结合,构建了设备状态评价体系模型,确定了评价煤炭综采设备的指标体系。在此基础上,设计开发了煤炭业综采设备运行状态评价系统,首先通过无线网络实时感知设备点检数据,然后数据定期进行设备状态评价,最终实现了结果分析与辅助决策的功能。 The technology of IoT was introduced to combine the equipment inspection and equipment operation status evaluation. The equipment status evaluation system model was constructed and the index system of coal comprehensive mining equipment evaluation was established. On this basis, we design and develop a system to evaluate the operating status of the coal mining equipment. First, the wireless network is used to detect the inspection data of the equipment in real time, and then the data is periodically evaluated for the equipment status. Finally, the function of result analysis and decision support is realized.
