目的研究在对护理管理质量提高中,护士分层级管理模式的作用。方法将本院2015年3月—2016年3月在职的76名临床护理人员作为实验研究对象,分为对照、实验两组,对照组38名,实验组38名,对照组使用以往传统的管理模式,实验组使用护士分层级管理模式。两组对各自的管理模式进行一年的实际应用。对所有进行实验的护理工作人员的护理工作操作水平以及相关知识理论分别在实验前后进行考核并向患者进行问卷调查,对各组的工作质量进行分析。结果对照组的护理工作人员的护理工作操作水平以及相关知识理论考核低于实验组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对问卷调查的分析发现,实验组的护理工作人员的满意度比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理工作人员大幅提高护理工作的质量以及患者满意程度可以通过新型的护士分层管理模式来实现。
Objective To study the role of nursing staff at different levels in the improvement of nursing management quality. Methods A total of 76 clinical nurses working in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2016 were selected as experimental subjects and divided into two groups: control group, 38 control group and 38 experimental group. The control group used the traditional management Model, experimental group using nurses hierarchical management model. Two sets of their own management model for one year of practical application. The level of nursing work and the related knowledge theory of all nurses working on the experiment were evaluated before and after the experiment and questionnaires were made to the patients respectively to analyze the work quality of each group. Results The level of nursing work in the nursing staff in the control group was lower than that in the experimental group (P <0.05). The analysis of the questionnaire showed that the satisfaction rate of the nursing staff in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the experimental group Control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Nursing staff significantly improve the quality of care and patient satisfaction can be achieved through a new model of nurse management.
