东北工学院加工系原理教研室,一年来在板形控制研究方面取得可喜的成果。利用四辊轧机工作轧辊横移与一端有锥度的工作轧辊的复合控制技术,给以相应的横移量,可使轧出的铝带与钢带具有边浪、或中浪、或平直的板形。说明这种复合控制技术对板形具有良好的控制效果。利用辊系弹性变形理论,采用分割法,提出用LEM法建立板形模型,计算结果与实测结果规律一致,数值相近。说明这种板形模型可以用于板带材生产,也可以推广应用到CVC
