為了及時觀摩,相互推動工作,我們於四月中旬組織了第一次中學,師範學校的觀摩檢查。這次抽調了正副校長、正副教導主任四十四人(內有太原市教育局一人),編為四組,分別到大同一中、太原一師、平定師範、平遙中學、運城師範等六校觀摩檢查,同時還調查了四個新成立學校。前後曆時約三周。第一、從這六個學校看,過去那種亂拉教師、學生過多地參加社會活動、不通過學校向學校青年團、學生會等佈置工作等現象,都大體上克服了。當前存在的主要問題,是內部混亂現象如何徹底克服的問題。所謂內部混亂,具體表現為六多和七少。六多,就是組織多、會議多、兼職多、工作佈置
