基于不同海拔机场发动机地面起动试验结果,以及涡轴发动机起动特点,研究了机场海拔高度对发动机起动过程的影响,并结合发动机起动供油及燃烧过程,分析了在高原机场造成起动困难的主要因素,并针对高原起动出现的问题,给出了改进建议。结果表明,随着海拔增高,发动机地面起动时间增加,起动过程中的最高排气温度上升,起动过程更容易出现喘振;建议通过合理调整起动供油量和提高起动机功率来改善发动机高原起动性能。
Based on the test results of engine starting at different altitudes and the starting characteristics of turboshaft engine, the influence of airport altitude on engine starting process was studied. Combining with engine starting and fuel supply and combustion process, the main factors that caused start-up difficulties at high altitude airport , And gives suggestions for improving the plateau starting problems. The results show that as the altitude increases, the starting time of the engine ground increases and the maximum exhaust temperature rises during start-up, and the surge is more likely to occur during the starting process. It is suggested that the starting of the engine plateau be improved by reasonably adjusting the starting fuel supply and raising the starter power performance.
