Eccrine Poroma is a rare form of sweat adenoma. In 1956, Pinklls first named and reported 5 cases. It was thought that it was from the epithelium of the opening of the eccrine duct. After histological and electron microscopy studies, it was confirmed that the tumor was similar to the eustachian gland epidermis. This tumor is quite characteristic clinically. The initially reported cases are mostly located in the facial or lateral margins of the foot, ie the hairless side of the foot. Can also be found in the palm, thigh, neck, back and chest wall. It appears as a soft, red, soft nodule that grows slowly, and most of the patients have long medical history and no special symptoms. The nodule has a diameter of about 1cm. The bottom skin is usually dished, and the nodule is papillary or pedunculated. It is distinct from the surrounding skin and looks like pyogenic granuloma or hemangiomas. Traumatic friction can cause bleeding and epidermis
